When your clients call to let you know their family is growing and they need to “move up”, you hop on MLS and start your search. But it isn’t always me who finds “the one”. Sometimes it’s my clients who discover the listing that resonates. One property they sent me was when they were in Europe and they asked if I would go and “vet it” for them. I did so and I took them on a tour of the property with my video camera. I had some concerns about the lot, which they could not see from the listing pics, but they agreed with my assessment that this was not “the one” they needed to come home for.
